In early December, Dad and I went to Reno to stay a few days with Phil, Becca and tribe. Boy did we have fun! It was so good to see the kids again. They were so loving and fun. And dad finally got to see our number 15 grandchild...Jared Phillip Walker. He is a cutie. Phil gave him a beautiful blessing and we had a nice dinner afterwards. Phil's parents, sisters and brothers, and some friends came from Yuba City for the event. They all left after the blessing because of the fear of bad weather in the mountains. their fears were confirmed--it took them till midnight to get home. What a disaster! Anyway, we sure enjoyed our time with our Reno kids and tried to get lots of love to tide us over until the next time.
